Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of moderate to complex commercial and ag loans. Seek and build new commercial and ag relationships through proactive outreach. Analyze financial data, assess creditworthiness, and negotiate loan terms. Guide customers through loan processes, ensuring compliance with lending policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal regulations. Participate in community activities to enhance business opportunities. Oversee daily operations at our Henry Banking Center. Ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Lead, mentor, and manage loan administrative staff. Qualifications and Requirements: 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial/ag lending. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit principles, and loan structures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Goal oriented with the ability to focus on a goal and obtain a pre-determined result. · Sales ability to gain acceptance of bank products and services. Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team. What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives: $106,271-$160,000 annual salary.
