Ray holds the highly regarded Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Ray holds the highly regarded Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation (2005), and the Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) designation (1970). Ray is one of eighteen individuals in the United States to hold both the ALC and AFM designations. As an ALC, Ray is afforded the opportunity to maximize the marketing potential of the sale of land through various advertising platforms, education, and networking. The Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) designation is awarded by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA), and is earned through years of experience, education, testing and adherence to strict ASFMRA requirements for standards, ethics and continuing education. As an Accredited Farm Manager, Ray manages over 3,400 acres of land in Illinois for a select clientele with many being absentee landowners. Ray served in the Illinois Army National Guard for 35 years, retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer, CW5. Ray, and his wife Patty, reside in Naperville Illinois. Chip joined Land Pro in December 2014 and provides land brokerage services concentrating in the north central portion of Illinois. Chip Johnson has been around the farm all his life. He was born and raised on a farm outside of Princeton Illinois and previously worked for Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. starting in 1972. His most recent position was District Sales Manager for four counties in the north central part of Illinois. From 1999-2014, Chip was an independent contractor with Capital Agricultural Property Services, Inc (CAPS). During his years with CAPS, Chip helped farmers and investors acquire over $85 million in agricultural real estate. Upon graduation from Southern Illinois University, Chip gained many years of experience in sales and sales management. He furthered his education by completing courses in business development, customer satisfaction, and agricultural real estate. Chip’s community involvement has included serving as vice president of the Princeton Schools Foundation Board of Directors as well as involvement with the local American Heart Association, Ducks Unlimited, Pheasants Forever, the Wild Turkey Federation, and the Princeton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Chip resides in Princeton Illinois with his wife Marilyn.
