After three years as a part-time associate, she will now join us as a full time partner beginning January 1, 2021. In the search for another doctor, we were looking for a candidate that was comfortable dealing with our large number of medical ocular patients, and those that have limited vision secondary to disease and/ or injury. We were lucky to find that provider. Dr. Corgiat is a former Oglesby resident, a graduate of Illinois State University, and received her doctorate degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2005. After graduation she completed a residency in ocular disease management and low vision. She was a staff doctor at the Chicago Lighthouse for People Who are Blind or Visually Impaired for 12 years, dealing with complex vision problems. We look forward to working with Dr. Corgiat.
